Hows this for an early Xmas pressie? Last Thursday we took receipt of a new fleet of BH Fitness Duke Bikes. These spinning/indoor cycling bikes have already been enjoyed by our cousins at Trans4mation Gym, Fermoy for some time now. We were so impressed with the feedback from our cousins in Fermoy that we decided to upgrade all our bikes in both K2NY Glanworth and K2NY Glanmire. Now you can enjoy your spin in greater comfort and improved quality with these bikes which are:

• A Hipower full-commercial indoor cycling bike

• New oversized steel frame has been specially treated for corrosion resistance and powder coated for extra protection

• 6PK belt drive assures performance that is smooth, quiet and requires very low maintenance. No Chain means you and the bike stay cleaner with no oiling.

• Multi-purpose pedals featuring both standard baskets and cycling shoe clips

• Ergonomically designed handlebars for best fit and maximum comfort. The handlebars are adjustable both horizontally and vertically.

• Gel coated seat adjusts horizontally and vertically for best fit and maximum comfort.

• Leather friction pad has almost infinite adjustability for fine tuned resistance.

• Steel cased three piece crank set designed for extra durability
